The Bowen Strategy: A unique form of neuromuscular repatterning. It involves small, precise "rolling" movements over muscles, tendons, and ligaments. These moves send signals to the nervous system to reset muscle tension and promote systemic healing. 

Joint Mobilization: Gentle, rhythmic movements applied to joints to reduce stiffness and improve "glide" within the joint capsule.
