✨ NEW — Indian Head Wellness Ritual
Rooted in Tradition, Reaching for Relief

I'm honoured to bring the Indian Head Wellness Ritual, traditionally known as Champi, to the clinic.

Rooted in the traditional Ayurvedic practice of Champi, this restorative ritual combines rhythmic touch, scalp and facial techniques, breathwork and soothing sensory elements to create a deeply grounding experience.

It's designed for those who carry tension in the scalp, jaw, neck and shoulders, or simply need an opportunity to slow down, disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with themselves.

✨ Deep Muscle & Nervous System Relaxation

Rhythmic pressure, stretching and traditional techniques encourage relaxation throughout the scalp, neck and shoulders and help release accumulated physical tension.

✨ Head, Scalp & Facial Relaxation

Gentle work around the temples, scalp, face and neck creates a sense of spaciousness and relaxation, particularly when tension has accumulated in these areas.

✨ Revitalizing Scalp Ritual

Traditional scalp techniques, including rhythmic stimulation and Champi-inspired movements, leave the scalp feeling refreshed, awakened and revitalized.

✨ Jaw & Facial Tension Support

Specialized techniques around the temples, jaw and temporalis can help soften areas of tension associated with jaw clenching and facial stress.

? A Moment of Pure Presence

Your experience begins with Pranayama (traditional breathwork) to help you settle into the treatment.

You'll then be guided through a series of traditional Indian head, scalp, neck, shoulder and facial techniques before finishing with a warm towel infused with organic oils.

This is more than simply a treatment.

It's a ritual. A pause. A return to yourself.
