Reflexology
An Ancient Foot-Based Wellness Tradition

Certified Reflexologist through ASR.

Reflexology is a specialized foot-based therapy rooted in an ancient tradition of applying precise finger and thumb pressure to specific areas of the feet.

Reflexology is based on the traditional theory that different areas of the feet correspond with different areas and systems of the body. Through precise pressure, rhythmic techniques and focused attention to the feet, reflexology is used to encourage relaxation, balance and overall wellbeing.

The Benefits of Reflexology

Deep Relaxation
Encourages a calm, grounded state and provides an opportunity to step away from physical and mental stress.

Sleep Support
The deeply relaxing nature of reflexology may help create the conditions for more restful sleep.

Physical Ease
Focused work through the feet and lower legs may help ease areas of tension and discomfort.

Grounding & Restoration
A quiet, nurturing treatment that invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body and restore a sense of balance.

What to Expect

You'll remain fully clothed except for your footwear and will be positioned comfortably on the treatment table.

Your feet will be worked using varying degrees of pressure applied to the soles, tops and sides of the feet. Some areas may feel more sensitive than others. Pressure is always adjusted according to your comfort.

Most clients find reflexology deeply relaxing and restorative.
