Michele Arseneault, D.N.M., RMT

ND | RMT | Holistic Coach

With more than 30 years of experience in health and wellness, I bring together extensive clinical education, natural medicine, and specialized therapeutic training to provide individualized, holistic care.

Please note: If you are looking for a standard 60 minutes of straight massage, you will not find that on my menu. Instead, I offer comprehensive Restorative Services that draw upon a wide multidisciplinary toolkit. While standalone and traditional deep tissue massage are no longer offered, therapeutic massage and specialized bodywork remain integrated into many of my restorative and holistic offerings. If you are specifically looking for a traditional deep tissue massage, I am happy to recommend a wonderful local therapist who can better suit your needs.

I hold a Doctorate in Natural Medicine and am a Registered Massage Therapist and Holistic Coach, with additional training in Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture, MyoNeuromodulation/Bowen Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology, Cupping, Gua Sha, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and other complementary and restorative modalities.

About Michele

I am a New Brunswick-based naturopath, holistic coach, and multidisciplinary practitioner based in Woodstock, operating out of a home studio at 177 Union St (please park on the left side of the driveway, and rest assured my two dogs will be securely kenneled during your arrival and departure).

My approach is grounded in the belief that every person is unique. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I draw upon my broad education and specialized training to select therapies that are appropriate for each client's individual needs, goals, and preferences.

With more than three decades of experience in the health and wellness field, my practice has evolved to encompass natural medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, specialized therapeutic modalities, and restorative wellness experiences.

My education and specialized training include:

Natural Medicine & Coaching: Doctorate in Natural Medicine, Naturopathy, Holistic Coaching, Nutrition, and Homeopathy
Traditional & Complementary Therapies: TCM Acupuncture, Reflexology, Cupping, and Gua Sha
Restorative & Neuromuscular Therapies: Craniosacral Therapy, MyoNeuromodulation/Bowen Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Fascial Approaches
Additional Clinical Training: TMJ bodywork, kinesiology taping, concussion management, sensori-motor retraining, and other specialized therapeutic education.

My goal is to create a calm, supportive environment where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and receive care that is thoughtful, individualized, and restorative.
