Nervous System Regulation & Deep Restoration

Experience a deeply calming, gentle hands-on modality that invites profound relaxation, stillness and a sense of whole-body restoration.

Using exceptionally light touch, Craniosacral Therapy works with subtle patterns and restrictions around the cranium, spine and sacrum. The practitioner uses gentle, sustained contact to encourage the body to settle, release tension and move toward a deeper state of ease.

Key Benefits

Deep Relaxation
Encourages a deeply restful state and provides an opportunity to slow down, settle and reconnect with the body.

Gentle Tension Release
Light contact around the head, jaw, neck and lower back may help soften areas of tension and promote a greater sense of physical ease.

Subtle & Non-Invasive
Uses exceptionally light touch without deep pressure or vigorous manipulation, making this a quiet and restorative treatment experience.

What to Expect

You will remain fully clothed while resting comfortably on the treatment table. Your practitioner will use light, sustained touch at selected areas of the head, spine and sacrum.

The experience is subtle and deeply restful. As the body settles, clients may experience a sense of stillness, grounding, spaciousness and deep relaxation.

May Be Especially Suited For

Craniosacral Therapy may be a wonderful choice for individuals experiencing stress, physical tension, mental busyness, difficulty unwinding, or those simply seeking a deeply restorative and quiet treatment experience.

One thing I would consider adding

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral & Myofascial Therapy for TMJ

Fascial Approaches, Bodywork for TMJ, Advanced MFR & Gua Sha, Craniosacral Therapy and MyoNeuromodulation.

The temporomandibular joints (TMJs) connect the lower jaw to the skull and are involved in chewing, speaking, swallowing and yawning. Tension involving the jaw, face, neck and surrounding musculature can contribute to jaw discomfort, facial tension and restricted movement.

This specialized hands-on treatment combines gentle craniosacral and myofascial techniques to address areas of tension throughout the upper back, shoulders, neck, face and jaw.

What to Expect

Treatment begins with gentle work through the upper back, shoulders, collarbone, chest and neck to encourage relaxation throughout the structures surrounding the jaw.

The treatment then progresses to extra-oral work around the face and jaw, including the muscles involved in chewing.

When appropriate and with your informed consent, intra-oral techniques may be used to address the muscles of mastication.

Intra-oral treatment is optional. Gloves are used for all intra-oral techniques, and a clear stop signal will be established before treatment begins. You may withdraw consent or stop the intra-oral portion at any time.

This Service May Be Helpful For

Clients experiencing:

Jaw tension
Facial tension
Jaw fatigue
Difficulty relaxing the jaw
TMJ-related discomfort
Tension associated with clenching or grinding
Head, neck and shoulder tension associated with jaw tension

If you are experiencing persistent, severe or unexplained jaw pain, significant changes in your ability to open or close your mouth, swelling, or other concerning symptoms, appropriate medical or dental assessment may be recommended before treatment.

Michele has advanced training in myofascial release techniques and specialized training in the head, neck and jaw, including training through the McKeel Seminar Group.

Craniosacral & Myofascial Therapy for TMJ

Elevate your wellness and release deep-seated tension with our specialized therapeutic session targeting the head, neck, shoulders, and TMJ. This advanced, targeted treatment combines the restorative power of intra-oral buccal massage with gentle facial cupping to relieve chronic jaw pain, smooth facial tension, and restore natural balance.

What is Buccal Massage?
Buccal massage is an advanced therapeutic technique where intra-oral work is performed inside the oral cavity to directly access the deep muscles of mastication (chewing) that are rarely reached during a standard facial or massage.

Targeted Relief: Effectively releases chronic tension, tightness, and trigger points in the jaw, pterygoids, and deep masseter muscles.

TMJ Support: Provides profound relief for individuals suffering from temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, clenching, and teeth grinding (bruxism).

Circulatory Boost: Enhances blood flow, oxygenation, and nutrient delivery to facial tissues while supporting natural lymphatic drainage.

The Benefits of Facial Cupping
Integrated seamlessly with the treatment, specialized silicone facial cups create a gentle suction that lifts and separates facial tissue.

Lymphatic Drainage: Reduces facial puffiness, fluid retention, and inflammation by stimulating the lymphatic system.

Tissue Release: Softens fascial restrictions across the neck, jawline, and décolletage.

Natural Glow: Stimulates micro-circulation to promote a refreshed, revitalized appearance.

Treatment Focus Areas
Head & Scalp: Eases tension headaches and relaxes the cranial fascia.

Neck & Shoulders: Releases postural strain, tight trapezius muscles, and neck stiffness.

TMJ & Jawline: Comprehensive internal and external work to restore comfortable movement to the jaw.

Restorative Harmony: Japanese Face Massage & Reflexology Combo

A revitalizing journey from head to toe.
(Includes 45 minutes of Japanese Face Massage and 45 Minutes of Reflexology or the Sole Connection!)

Experience the perfect synergy of two ancient, restorative arts. This complementary session pairs the delicate, lifting, and circulatory techniques of Traditional Japanese Face Massage with the grounding, balancing benefits of Reflexology.

As tension releases from the face, jaw, and brow, targeted reflex points on the feet work to relieve stress across the body's entire system. The result is improved natural radiance, reduced physical strain, and a profound sense of deep, whole-body calm.

Japanese Face Ritual + The Sole Connection

Integrated Acupressure & Reflexology
60 Minutes of Complete Head-to-Toe Restoration

Short Preview / Menu Teaser:

Experience 30 minutes of targeted acupressure followed by 30 minutes of restorative reflexology. A non-invasive, dual-modality treatment designed to relieve deep tension, balance energy flow, and support full-body wellness.

About the Treatment
This 60-minute session seamlessly bridges two complementary modalities to give your nervous system a complete reset:

30 Minutes of Acupressure: Using precise, needle-free manual pressure along Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian pathways, this portion works to release physical holding patterns, ease muscle tension, and unblock stagnant energy throughout the body.

30 Minutes of Reflexology: Moving to the feet (and hands), focused pressure is applied to specific reflex zones that map directly to internal organs and body systems, encouraging deep relaxation and systemic balance.

Together, these two targeted 30-minute segments work from the outside in—leaving you feeling deeply grounded, refreshed, and renewed.

Key Benefits
Targeted Energy Release: Clears blockages along energy channels without needles.

Internal Organ & System Support: Reflex point stimulation helps regulate and balance body function.

Deep Nervous System Reset: Shifts you out of "fight-or-flight" into a deeply restorative state.

Enhanced Circulation: Encourages healthy blood flow and natural detoxification pathways.

Acupressure and Reflexology

Rejuvenate from the inside out with our Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) therapy. This specialized, light-touch massage uses rhythmic strokes to stimulate your body’s natural fluid flow, supporting its ability to filter and balance itself.

Recover: Ideal for post-travel sluggishness or post-surgical recovery.

Congestive heart failure or kidney failure.

Best For: Seasonal detox, post-surgical recovery, or reducing fluid retention and bloating.

Cupping Therapy — 60 Minutes
Deep Release | Modern Recovery

Experience the traditional practice of cupping through a modern, restorative approach.

Cupping uses specialized cups and controlled suction to gently lift the tissues rather than compressing them. This creates a unique sensation of decompression and can be particularly beneficial for areas experiencing persistent muscular tension.

With advanced cupping training from the College of Acupuncture and Therapeutics, Michele combines traditional cupping techniques with an individualized approach based on your comfort, treatment goals and areas of tension.

What to Expect

Your treatment begins with gentle preparation of the treatment areas before specialized cups are applied using carefully controlled suction.

Depending on your needs, cups may be stationary or glided across selected areas of the body. Pressure and suction are adjusted throughout the treatment according to your comfort.

Benefits May Include

✨ Myofascial Decompression
Creates a unique lifting sensation through the tissues and may support greater ease of movement.

✨ Tissue Stimulation
Provides localized stimulation and a distinctive sensory experience that may leave treated areas feeling lighter and more relaxed.

✨ Tension Release
May help ease areas of persistent muscular tension and promote a sense of physical relaxation.

✨ Deep Relaxation
Cupping can be a deeply grounding experience, particularly for clients who carry significant physical tension.

A Soothing Finish

Your session concludes with warm steamed towels and, where appropriate, cooling essential oils to leave you feeling refreshed, grounded and restored.

A Note About Cupping Marks

Temporary circular discoloration is a normal possible response to cupping. The appearance and duration of marks vary from person to person and may last several days.

These marks are not an indication of toxins being removed or of a particular level of tension or "stagnation." They are simply a temporary response of the tissues to the suction.

Cupping Therapy

Deep Heat. Total Stillness.

Prepare to lose track of time with a treatment designed to make you truly melt into the table. This service combines the deep, penetrating heat of smooth basalt stones with a flowing full-body massage to reach the deepest layers of muscle tension without the need for heavy pressure.

As the stones glide over your skin, we integrate steamed towels and therapeutic essential oils to create a cocoon of warmth and aroma. The heat from the stones acts as a sedative for the nervous system, expanding blood vessels and quieting a racing mind.

The Sensation: Weightless relaxation and a "liquid" feeling in the limbs.

The Benefit: Instant relief from chronic stiffness, improved circulation, and profound mental clarity.

Surrender to the warmth. Your deepest state of relaxation is just one session away.

The Molten Melt

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Acupuncture
60 or 90 Minutes
Restoring Balance & Supporting Natural Wellness

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Acupuncture is a traditional East Asian medical practice that has evolved over centuries. It uses ultra-thin, sterile, single-use needles inserted at specific acupuncture points to support balance and the healthy flow of Qi and Blood within the body's meridian system.

Within TCM, health is viewed as a dynamic relationship between the body's systems, influenced by constitution, lifestyle, emotions, environment and patterns of imbalance.

How TCM Acupuncture Works

From a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective, acupuncture may be used to:

✨ Regulate Qi & Blood
Support the smooth movement of Qi and Blood throughout the body's meridian system.

✨ Support Yin-Yang Balance
Treatment is individualized according to your TCM presentation and may be used to support greater balance within the body's functional systems.

✨ Encourage the Body's Natural Regulation
Acupuncture provides gentle stimulation to specific points and is traditionally used to support the body's ability to regulate and restore balance.

Your Treatment

Your session begins with an individualized assessment based on your current concerns, constitution and TCM presentation.

Acupuncture points are then selected according to your individual treatment strategy. Your treatment may also incorporate other techniques within your practitioner's training and scope when appropriate.

Each treatment is individualized, and your acupuncture point selection may change from one session to another as your presentation changes.

Acupuncture May Be Considered For
Stress and difficulty relaxing
General tension and discomfort
Sleep support
Digestive wellness
Musculoskeletal discomfort
Fatigue and low vitality
General health and wellness

Acupressure: Deep Relief Without Needles
Neck & back pain:

Discover ancient wisdom reimagined for modern recovery.

Acupressure works with the body's subtle meridian network—the same points used in traditional acupuncture—using gentle, therapeutic finger pressure instead of needles. It clears energetic stagnation, soothes overworked muscles, and communicates directly with your central nervous system to turn off pain loops.

Why It Works:
Unblocks "Chi": Restores free-flowing circulation and energy so your tissues can heal.

Full Circuit Therapy: Blends local muscle work with connected distal points for comprehensive release.

Systemic Balance: Promotes deeper sleep, clears mental fog, and boosts natural energy reserves.

Relieve Pain. Restore Energy. No Needles.

Recommended For: Neck/back strain, low energy, restless sleep, and nervous system overload.

*NEW* Acupressure for Neck & Back Pain

Acupressure Therapy for Hip Mobility & Pain Relief
Hip pain can feel like it’s locking up your entire life—affecting how you walk, sit, and even your quality of sleep. This specialized treatment is designed to release deep-seated tension in the glutes, hip flexors, and lower back by targeting the key "hinge" points of the body.

Using the foundational principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this therapy focuses on unblocking stagnant energy and improving vital blood flow to the large muscle groups surrounding the hip joint.

The Therapeutic Approach
Instead of just addressing the surface, this session focuses on the intersection of muscular tension and energetic pathways. By applying precise, steady pressure to specific trigger points in the pelvic and leg regions, we work to reset the nervous system's response to pain.

We target the deep connective tissues and tendons that often cause that "pinched" or "heavy" sensation, helping the hip joint to settle into a more natural, relaxed alignment.

What to Expect
Your session combines deep, rhythmic compression with passive stretching to encourage the hips to "drop" and release. We finish with long, warming strokes to soothe the surrounding fascia and support healthy circulation throughout the lower body.

Benefits include:

Increased ease of movement when walking, bending, or climbing stairs.

A reduction in the "deep ache" or "sharp catch" sensations in the glutes and lower back.

Improved pelvic alignment and overall structural support.

A sense of "lightness" and fluid mobility in the lower body.

*NEW* Acupressure for Hip Pain/Piriformis Syndrome

The ultimate head-to-toe restoration.

Begin your escape with a botanical foot soak and mineral salts to ground your energy. This premium service features a full-body massage enhanced by therapeutic essential oils and steamed towels to deeply soothe muscles and calm the nervous system.

Leave feeling completely recalibrated, light, and deeply renewed.

The Ultimate Sanctuary Ritual

✨ 60-Minute Relaxation Massage: To melt the physical weight off your shoulders.

✨ Japanese Face Massage: A natural "facelift" that releases the tension we hold in our jaws and brows, leaving you with a radiant, refreshed glow.

Gua Sha Therapy
Advanced Myofascial Release & Gua Sha through Ailsa/Alysa Keppie

Traditional Technique for Tension, Mobility and Restoration

Advanced Gua Sha training through Alysa Kepsie

Gua Sha is a traditional East Asian therapeutic technique using a smooth-edged tool to apply controlled pressure and gliding strokes across the skin and underlying tissues.

Within Traditional Chinese Medicine, Gua Sha is traditionally used to encourage the movement of Qi and Blood and to address patterns of tension, discomfort and stagnation.

From a modern therapeutic perspective, the technique provides focused stimulation to the superficial tissues and may help promote relaxation, ease muscular tension and support comfortable movement.

What to Expect

Your practitioner will select an appropriate Gua Sha tool and treatment approach based on your individual needs.

The tool is applied using controlled pressure and specific strokes over selected areas of the body. Pressure is adjusted throughout the treatment according to your comfort and the response of your tissues.

Gua Sha can produce temporary redness or discoloration known traditionally as "Sha." The appearance and intensity vary from person to person and generally fade naturally over several days.

Benefits May Include
Relief of muscular tension and stiffness
Support for comfortable movement
Localized tissue stimulation
A sense of relaxation and physical release
Support for circulation to the treated area
A restorative and grounding treatment experience
Important Note About Gua Sha Marks

Temporary redness or small areas of discoloration may appear following treatment. These marks are a normal possible response to the technique and can vary in color and intensity.

They are sometimes referred to as "Sha" within Traditional Chinese Medicine.

The marks should be allowed to fade naturally. They should not be interpreted as evidence of toxins being removed or a specific level of disease or stagnation.
